Chef Andrew

Chef Andrew CarlisleChef Andrew originates from California, but makes his way to Houston via New Orleans where he worked as an Executive Chef for a "shmancy" hotel in the Quarter while running his own restaurant at the same time!  

Since coming to Houston in 2004, Chef Andrew has worked for several hotels as their Executive Chef; however, his real dream was to own a restaurant and catering company that offers quality food, competitive pricing, and flavorful menus!  

So, in 2010 he turned his catering idea into reality, and starting in the Fall of 2014, he will add the resturant portion to his resume with Verde Cali-Mex Grill & Cantina!
